Scope
Emergencies we handle on commercial sites
-
Burst and leaking pipes
The supply isolated and the failed pipe repaired, or the section replaced.
-
Water through ceilings
We trace whether a geyser, a pipe or a drain above is responsible and stop it at the source.
-
Overflowing toilets and drains
Blocked stacks, overflowing ablutions and backed-up kitchen drains cleared.
-
Geyser failures
Burst or leaking geysers isolated and drained, with the repair or replacement quoted.
-
No water at all
We check whether the problem is in your plumbing or the municipal supply before anything is opened up.
-
Water damage afterwards
Repairing ceilings, tiles or paving is a separate scope; we show you what the water has affected.
On site
Keeping tenants informed while the water is off
Shutting off water to stop a leak affects everyone on that supply. We tell your site contact what is isolated and for roughly how long, so you can warn tenants and staff. Unaffected areas get their water back as soon as it is safe.
- Main stopcock location shared when you call
- Isolation explained before water goes off
- Risers and plant rooms opened by your contact
- Electrical equipment near water flagged
- Unaffected areas back on supply first

Facilities FAQs
Emergency questions from property and facilities managers
Should we send the form or call?
For anything urgent, call 011 791 6121. Forms are for planned work and quotes.
What should we do while we wait?
Close the main stopcock or the valve for the affected area if you can do it safely. Switch off a leaking geyser at the board, and keep people away from water near electrical equipment.
Is there a call-out fee after hours?
No call-out fee, day or night. The first hour of labour is charged, and the after-hours or weekend surcharge applies on top.
Will our insurer pay for it?
We can't confirm cover. Check your insurer's process before major repairs, and we will give you the quote and invoice they ask for.
