Fit-outs & refurbishments
Electrical and plumbing for fit-outs, from one contractor
Tenant installations, shop fit-outs and office refurbishments run on tight programmes, and the services are often what holds them up. Our own electricians and plumbers handle both trades under one quote and one point of contact, working to your builder's or shopfitter's programme.

On site
Fit-out work inside a live building
Most fit-outs happen next door to tenants who are still trading. We follow the landlord's contractor rules, book any shutdown of shared supplies with building management, and keep noisy or dusty work to the hours the centre or building allows. We agree up front which work is ours and which stays with the builder or shopfitter.
- Landlord's contractor rules and induction followed
- Shared supply shutdowns booked with building management
- Work kept to the building's permitted hours
- Interfaces with shopfitter and builder agreed
- Site left safe and tidy at the end of each day

Facilities FAQs
Fit-out questions from shopfitters, landlords and tenants
Can you quote from the drawings?
Yes. Send the layout, the electrical and plumbing points and the equipment schedule. We quote both trades and list anything we need to confirm on site.
Do you work with our shopfitter or main contractor?
Yes. We take our programme from them, agree first and final fix dates, and keep our scope separate from theirs so nothing is missed or doubled up.
Can you work after hours in a mall or office block?
Yes, where the building requires it. After-hours and weekend surcharges apply, and we include them in the quote.
Who is our point of contact?
One point of contact at Amptex handles both trades from quote to handover, so you are not chasing two contractors.
