When the municipal supply goes down, Amptex delivers potable (drinking) water to refill your JoJo tank, and fresh water to fill or top up your pool. Tell us your suburb and how much you need, and our office will confirm the delivery.

How it works
From your call to a full tank
Call, WhatsApp or send the form with your suburb, the size of your tank or pool and roughly how much water you need. Let us know where the delivery vehicle can park and how far that is from the tank. Our office confirms the price and delivery time before we set off.
During widespread outages demand is high, so it helps to order as early as you can.
How pricing works
The price of a delivery depends on:
- The volume of water you need.
- Your suburb and access for the delivery vehicle.
- The timing, including after-hours and weekend deliveries.

Questions about water deliveries
Is the water safe to drink?
We deliver potable (drinking-quality) water for JoJo tank refills. The condition of your tank, filters and pipework also affects the water that comes out of your taps, so keep them clean and maintained.
How soon can you deliver?
Our office confirms the delivery time when you order. During widespread outages demand is high, so order as early as possible.
Can you install a tank so I'm ready next time?
Yes. We are proudly JoJo approved installers and install tanks, pumps and backup water systems for homes. See water tank installations.
