Repairs in rentals, change rooms and office bathrooms
We arrange access with tenants or staff, isolate only the supply we need and keep shared bathrooms open where we can. If tiles have to be opened to reach a concealed fitting, we agree that with you first. Where tenants are out during the day, a key from the agent works for us once the job is approved.
- Hot, cold or both supplies noted per fitting
- Brand and model sent ahead for parts
- Tenants told when the water will be off
- Tile opening only with your approval
- Fittings checked for drips before we leave

Facilities FAQs
Tap and shower questions from property managers
Can every dripping mixer be fixed with a standard part?
No. Mixers vary by brand and model. Send a photo and the brand if you know it, and we bring or order the right part.
Can you supply the replacement taps?
Yes, or we can fit ones you have chosen if they suit the existing connections.
Why is the shower pressure weak in one unit?
It can be a blocked head or mixer, a valve that is partly closed, or a supply problem. We check the fitting first and tell you if the cause is wider than that.
Is a leaking shower urgent?
If water is getting behind the tiles or into the unit below, yes. Water damage spreads quietly, so have it looked at before the ceiling underneath shows it.
