Planned plumbing
Plumbing installs and defect lists, done to one plan
New kitchenettes, extra basins, appliance connections and a list of small defects across a building all need the same thing: a plumber who arrives with a plan. We install and alter water and waste pipework for offices, shops and managed properties, and work through maintenance lists with your facilities contact.
- Defect listsEvery item worked through by unit or common area

On site
Installing around tenants and other trades
On a working site we agree access windows, water shutdowns and where materials can be stored. On a project, we work to the builder's programme and tell you early if a layout won't work with the existing drains. If the work means cutting water to tenants, we book it with you and keep it as short as the job allows.
- Water shutdowns booked with your contact
- Materials stored where you agree
- Our scope separated from the builder's
- Layouts checked against existing drains
- Completed items confirmed against your list

- Installation depositA 75% deposit applies to installation work.
- QuoteHeld for 7 days; materials follow supplier pricing.
- Close-out listCompleted items and anything outstanding reported back to your contact.
Facilities FAQs
Questions from facilities managers and project teams
Can you work alongside our builder?
Yes. Send the programme and the plumbing scope. We agree what we do, what the builder does and when, so nothing falls between trades.
Should we buy fittings before you look?
It is safer to send us the specification first. Some fittings need different connections or more space than the existing points allow.
Can you group small jobs into one visit?
Yes. List them by location with the fault or change for each, and mark anything urgent.
Can you add isolating valves while you are here?
Yes, and it is worth doing. A valve for each floor or bathroom means the next leak shuts down one area instead of the whole building.
Do you also do the electrical side?
Yes. Our own electricians handle new points, isolators and circuits, so a kitchen or appliance installation needs one contractor, not two.
