Ablutions
Every toilet working, so no bathroom stays closed
An out-of-order sign on a staff or customer bathroom is a complaint waiting to happen. We repair running cisterns, leaking pans and broken flush mechanisms, and install new toilets in offices, shops, rental units and shared ablutions.

Repairs in public and staff bathrooms
We work on one cubicle or bathroom at a time so the others stay open, and agree with you when busy facilities can close. Your cleaners and staff hear what is out of order and for how long, and we clean up before handing each bathroom back.
- One cubicle closed at a time where possible
- Out-of-order signs up while we work
- Make and model noted for parts
- Each repaired toilet test-flushed
- Bathroom left clean at handover

Facilities FAQs
Toilet questions from office, retail and rental managers
Is it a toilet repair or a blocked drain?
If one toilet runs, leaks or won't flush, it is the fitting. If several back up at once, the problem is usually in the drain. Describe what is happening and we plan the right work.
Can you do all the toilets in the building at once?
Yes. Send a list by floor or unit with the fault on each. We quote the lot and work through them in one round where we can.
Can you install toilets we have already bought?
Yes, if they suit the existing outlet and water connection. Send the product details before the visit so we can check.
Why does a running cistern matter?
It wastes water all day and night, and on a building's water account that adds up. It is usually a quick repair.
