Workplace EV charging
Charging bays your staff and visitors can rely on
Adding EV charging at an office, retail site or estate starts with the supply, not the charger. We check what your DB board and incoming supply can carry, plan the cable route to the bays and install the chargers with our own electricians.
- Supply checked firstBoard capacity confirmed before you buy chargers
- One bay or severalPlanned so more bays can be added later

Scope
From DB board to parking bay
-
Site assessment
Board capacity, the incoming supply and the distance to the bays, checked on site before we quote.
-
Cable route
Cable runs along walls, through basements or across paving, planned around walkways and parking.
-
Mounting and protection
Chargers mounted at the bays and fed from their own protected circuit.
-
Board upgrades where needed
Where the board needs new protection or more space, that work is included in the quote.
-
Chargers you have chosen
Send the specification and we confirm it suits the site before you place the order.
-
Handover to your site contact
Each charger is tested and its operation explained to the person who will look after it.

Parking stays open while we install
Most of the work happens in the parking area and at the board. We agree which bays close, when and for how long, and keep walkways clear of cables and tools. Any shutdown at the board is booked in advance so tenants and staff can plan around it.
- Bays closed only as agreed
- Walkways kept clear and marked
- Board shutdown booked in advance
- Landlord or body corporate approval confirmed
- Each charger tested before handover

- Installation quoteValid for 7 days, with charger and cable prices tied to supplier pricing.
- 75% depositInstallations carry a 75% deposit, paid before chargers and materials are ordered.
- Compliance paperworkInstalled by our own electricians, with a COC where the work requires one.
Facilities FAQs
EV charging questions from landlords and fleet managers
Can you quote from the charger model alone?
Not fully. The charger is only part of the cost. The cable run, the board work and the mounting make up the rest, so we need to see the site, or good photos and measurements.
Who pays for the electricity?
That is for the owner or body corporate to decide. Billing apps, user access and network subscriptions are not part of our installation; arrange them with the charger supplier and we install to suit.
Do we need body corporate approval?
In a sectional title scheme or shared parking, usually yes. Get approval before we start; we can give the trustees the installation details they ask for.
Can we add more bays later?
Yes. Tell us how many you might want in future, and we plan the board and the cable route so adding them later is straightforward.
